Furukawa Super PCOCC (Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting). This was Furukawa's signature technology and highly sought after in the audiophile world though discontinued.

PCOCC: Invented by Dr. Atsumi Ohno, this process creates copper wire with extremely long, single-crystal grains (often metres long), drastically reducing the number of grain boundaries within the wire. Standard copper has thousands of crystal boundaries per metre.

Super PCOCC: Often referred to a further refinement or higher grade of PCOCC, implying even greater purity (often 6N - 99.9999% pure or better) and potentially improved surface finish or drawing techniques.

Quality Dielectrics: Teflon (PTFE) for insulation to minimize signal loss and interference.

Robust Shielding: Multi-layer shielding (e.g., foil and braid) to protect the signal conductors from external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).

Specific Geometry: Careful arrangement of the conductors (e.g., twisted pairs) to maintain signal integrity and reject noise in a balanced configuration.
