Hi All.
I'm selling my much loved Quad stack- a 306 power amp, 34 preamp and FM4 tuner.
It's recently serviced and in excellent physical and operational order.
306 Amp: All electrolyte caps replaced with new Nichicons. Safety caps and speaker binding posts replaced.
34 Preamp: Latest version with orange QUAD badge. Has the moving magnet phono stage. X2 Mains filter cap replaced.
FM4 Tuner: Safety caps and PSU caps replaced. Has had the battery removed and the unit has been upgraded to the Quad / Dada FM4 NVRAM unit who now provides 14 presets instead of the original 7 and eliminates the leaky battery. Also has the IC7 voltage reference upgrade for additional tuner stability.
Cases have a few very slight marks commensurate with components of this age. Faces are unmarked and in excellent condition. You would be hard pressed to find either of these three units in better condition.
Located in Manly / Balgowlah in NSW and auditions are welcome.
